Can I personalise my order?

We want the final product to be a true reflection of you - so please do contact us by email or WhatsApp if you haven't found exactly what you were looking for and we will do our best to make it happen.

What is the status of my order?

When placing an order through the website, you will receive an Order Confirmation email once the order goes through - if this isn't in your main inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder (and add it to your Safe Senders, so that you will get updates on your order).


Once shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email to let you know that your package is on the way to you.

How will I receive my order?

All our orders are fulfilled through Maltapost.  You can chose regular mail or registered mail at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process orders in our studio as soon as possible. Orders are mailed out every Saturday.

Please allow 2-3 days for registered mail or 3-4 days for regular mail.

If your order is urgent and you would like to pickup, please contact us by email or WhatsApp beforehand to see if we can make it happen!

Where do you ship to?

We offer delivery to Malta and Gozo (through Maltapost). 

We are happy to ship worldwide - please contact us by email or WhatsApp so that we can quote you shipping cost to your chosen destination!

How much is the shipping fee?

We use Maltapost to fulfill our shipments and offer free shipping by Regular Mail to all addresses in Malta and Gozo for orders over €30.00.

Postage and Packing fees:

  • Regular Mail - standard fee of €4.00 on orders under €30.00 - no tracking available.
  • Registered Mail - standard fee of €5.50 on all orders - tracking information available.

We have tried our best to keep these fees as low as possible, and do absorb some of the cost ourselves in most cases as the above rates do not cover the full cost of packaging and postage fees.

Can I modify my order?

Due to personsonalised nature of our products, changes cannot be gauranteed - but we will do our best to accomodate you.

Please contact us by email or WhatsApp quoting your order number and the details you'd like to change as soon as possible and we will get in touch.

Can I cancel my order?

This is a tricky one, we will always try to say yes - but this is as long as we haven't started processing it yet.  Please contact us by email or WhatsApp quoting your order number.

A standard cancellation fee of 5% is applied to cover transaction costs.

Once your order has started being processed we will not be able to cancel you order or offer a refund.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the personalised nature of our products we cannot offer a refund on our items - but we want to make sure that you are as happy as we are with our products so please do reach out to us by email or WhatsApp if something doesn't sit right.
